1. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Soul Journeys sessions are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Sessions are delivered as on-demand audio accessible immediately upon purchase via a streaming link.
2. GENERAL REFUND POSITION
Because our sessions are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or playing your session, contact our support team at cs@souljourneys.space within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing alternative access or reissuing your session link.
3. EU AND EEA CONSUMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA purchasing at a distance, you ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once supply has begun, provided that:
- You gave your express prior consent to begin supply before the withdrawal period ended, and
- You acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you expressly requested that access to the digital content begin immediately, and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted. This acknowledgment is confirmed in your purchase receipt email.
4. UK CONSUMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For consumers in the United Kingdom, the same conditions apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By completing your purchase, you expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right once access is granted.
If access has not yet been initiated, you may withdraw within 14 days by contacting contact@souljourneys.space.
5. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING DIGITAL CONTENT
If a session fails to function as reasonably expected — for example, if the audio file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description — you are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, or a price reduction or refund where repair or replacement is not possible or not provided within a reasonable time.

6. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS
For Australian consumers, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
7. STATUTORY RIGHTS — SAVING CLAUSE
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
